By using livinginrhythm.co, creating an account, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Coaching, not medical care

  • Living in Rhythm offers coaching and education. Chris Antoinette is a coach and healthcare professional; she is not your therapist, physician, or medical provider. Services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Seek a licensed professional for medical or emergency needs.

Eligibility and conduct

  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the services, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
  • You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the site lawfully and respectfully — including when messaging staff or other users through provided channels.

Bookings, packages, and payments

  • Session times, fees, packages, and cancellation or refund rules are as shown at purchase or in your confirmation, and may be updated for future bookings. Payment is processed by our payment provider; you agree to their terms as applicable.
  • We may decline service or terminate access for conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or violates these terms.

Intellectual property

  • Content on this site (text, design, audio, and marks) is owned by Living in Rhythm or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Our total liability for claims arising from the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where law does not allow such a cap.

Changes

  • We may update these terms or the privacy policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
